Select "Edit" (the only option) from that menu
Edit the Instructions and Description Boxes
Press Submit when finished

How to edit TEST Instructions for quizzes and exams:
Select "Edit the test"
Click pull-down menu next to "Test Canvas: <Test Name>" at the top of the screen.
Select "Edit" (the only option) from that menu
Edit the Instructions and Description Boxes
Press Submit when finished
