Recent Issues:
Error 423 - users get this error if they have submitted an assignment to Turnitin as a student, and then need to access Turnitin in another course as a TA. Turnitin can resolve this issue on a case-by-case basis.
Error 216: "Student limit for this account has been reached. Cannot join student to this class" - Ryerson has a user limit on our account, and we recently reached it. At that time, our user limit was raised, so users will no longer see this error.
Error 206 and 207 - users may receive this error if they are trying to access a Turnitin Assignment that was copied from another course shell. Turnitin assignments cannot be reused, so the only resolution here is for the Instructor to create new Turnitin Assignments. There are other issues that are related to the use of 'copied' Turnitin assignments.
